If you're using sgoptimiser plugin read this

So one of my client who's using sgoptimser plugin provided by siteground suddenly noticed that his site is loading very weird after updating the plugin.

So just disable both css option and your site should be fine. Hope it helps all those who're using that plugin and encountered this issue
