I am a substance abuse counselor so I do IM part time here and there. I think I would always do both cause I get satisfaction in helping others yet love the business aspect of IM.

I'd be a full time creative real estate investor-entrepreneur, instead of on a here-and-there basis. Alternative RE investing is probably the closest equivalent to the alternative marketing tactics used here.
