A good idea would be not to use Rogers I use Teksavvy's cable plan now, unlimited.

Regardless... Ouch at that picture.

Canadian ISP = $hitty bandwidth cap. But OP can switch to TekSavvy for unlimited.

I moved from a limited bandwidth plan to an unlimited one just to support my scrapebox usage, otherwise my internet bill would have been similar to yours.
