As the title says, if my domain redirects to another website, would the website that is redirecting have an increased Alexa ranking with the traffic that it is receiving and then redirecting?

no alexa, its done on server side not on client site, so alexa doesn't collect data.

I have had redirects on my domains and my Alexa ranks climbed. If you look at live headers, Alexa still is called. The bad thing is time on the site and pages are low. So that will hurt your ranking.
