Do you continue doing the BH stuff and build links/posts/comments? Or do you do the WH stuff and play nice for the time being.

And/when your site is back online, do you go back to your BH tricks? Please let me know your experience. Thanks.

Its typical for most of us to hit the sandbox at one time or another, its normal procedure.

Just keep building content/links, don't stop or re-evaluate what you are doing. I've had all of my sites (100s++) except one regain its rankings within one or two months. During this time I just kept up with what I was doing.

Quit doing what lead you to the sandbox. Did you blast your site with scrapebox or profile links in bulk? Instead build high PR web2.0 link pyramid, & other high authority links

When I hit the sandbox I,

1. cried
2. dust myself off, started building more sites

According to most people on the forum, sandbox does not mean the site is dead. So hopefully I don't have to rebuild.

I did use SB to blast to my 2 tier sites (web 2.0 properties). I thought it was ok to blast as much as you want to any other site than your money site?

Don't rebuild. Trust me when I say I've seen this before. Not only from my own websites but I used to manage SEO campaigns for over 500 websites at any given time with my prior company.

Sorry everybody, should have use the multiquote.

So your experience is that I can continue using BH techniques to get the site out of the sandbox?

As long as you aren't deindexed, which you can check by doing a Google search for site:url.com

Keep building CONTENT though as well, be sure to link to internal pages, and mix up your anchor text.

You'll be all good if you do that.

what worked for me was adding couple pages of new content and blasting new content with amr to get indexed in less than 24hr

It depends on your niche, if your keyword is time sensitive (game/movie release) then it'll be easier to rebuild. If not, just change out your onsite optimization add more content and link with high PR links.
