When I was a kid, my dad was playing NES and PS1 games. I asked my dad how they develop these kind of things?

Then started to get into so many things: drawing, then making music, then creating flash games, then discovered IM, aff marketing, coding and so on.

Owned a lot to video games. But never was able to develop professional games.

If you were in a game development team and you will be highly skilled at whatever you do, which position would it be?

I wouldn't be on a team. Working as an indie dev is much more enjoyable.

Would be coding / developing because I will be busy creating cheating codes for the game.

I wouldn't ever want to be in a game dev team. I have heard horror stories from my developer buddies who have worked in these teams.

The deadlines usually are ugly and the amount of work they have to do and the long hours they have spend in the office makes it not worth it for me.

But for the sake of the poll, I chose coding/dev. That's probably the only thing I would qualify for.

If I were in a game development team, I’d contribute by designing engaging gameplay mechanics, optimizing performance, ensuring smooth user experiences, and bringing creative ideas to life through collaboration and innovation.

Writing the gameplay/ script will suit me I guess.
