The thing is the market is too competitive now and you won't get deals daily
If you get a nice deal then you might just make 1000 In one deal
But I am asking for newbies like a passive income source
Some people have skills but they can't market themselves or they don't know how to get clients or they are just not that good at doing their job
There are alot of factors
Basically I was asking about what you would do to make a passive income source if you had like 6 months of time to establish it
Everyone always says this.
People were moaning about the market being too competitive in 2015 and the best days behind is.
I remember even in 2006 when i started doing sales/cold calling in my first business people were moaning saying web design doesnt work anymore because everyone has a site and those that dont have a site dont want one.
Winners get shit done and losers make excuses.
That is the thing that never changes.
Plus your question is pointless.
What I would do is not what will work for anyone else.
We are not all the same.
You need skills to make money. Period.
You have to have something. Sales, negotiating, a creative skill, a tech skill. If you have sales and a creative you can make money easily. If you only have a creative you can work hard and sales and persist until you improve. If you have sales and no creative you can partner or work commissions for an agency.
You need SOMETHING though.
If you have no skills whatsoever then flipping burgers until you learn is your best bet.
