If you promote OpenAI API token

I have a system for forwarding OpenAI tokens. You can do all the forwarding of OpenAI service models on it, but the price will be 50% cheaper than directly requesting OpenAI. But I don't know how to promote it and to whom to promote it. If you have good suggestions, please help me.
