how do you think, if you make a site for a specific query, the chances of getting high positions for this query in google are higher than if this query was part of a large site?
I'll explain with an example:
there are two sites, they have the same all parameters (links, domain age, etc.)
1. the site sells property all over america, and it has a separate page where property in miami site.com/miami is presented.
2. The main page of the site is dedicated to selling property only in Miami (buy-an-apartment-in-miami.com)
the title tag on both pages: "buy an apartment in miami"
which of these two sites do you think will be ranked higher by google for the query "buy an apartment in miami"? And how strong will the gap be?
