But you know, not that many people, even in Google, know the ins and outs of Google search. Even the guys who made it just build parts of it. The actual ranking is all machine learning nowadays, so basically you have a machine with 1000 signals input and it somehow produces a ranking and nobody knows what happens inside..Yes, if he is able to make the optimisation that I want for my clients

Well, I am sure it is not possible to hire a person that knows all SEO factors and is also able to optimise my clients’ websites on all of them. However, I am still sure that if he or she had built just a single part of the engine is the most proper person for this work.
