Imagine you have 10 projects, very different from each other.
Do you use the same account for adsense or do you somehow get different ones?
What if you get banned?

And what about Google Webmaster Tools and Analytics, do you use the same?

It depends upon the Projects that you do, You can have two accounts with one for Blackhat stuffs and another for White hat stuffs
