if you have bought a pre-monetized youtube channel before PLEASE HELP

so i had old adsense account associated with my monetized channel.
after i bought new uk account i tried going to Youtube Studio > Earn > Change associated youtube account

after i changed to the new (verified) adsense after 3 days i got this error



so my question to you is, since if you bought a monetized youtube channel before, the seller has to de-associate it from their adsense, and then you assosicate it with your adsense so you tranfer it to yours.... have you ran to a similar problem like this? and how did you solve it?
