If you have 2 BL on same domain which one counts?

I was going through some of my backlinks and found some that were on some high page PR but also had tons of comments (over 500 on some). I scraped the entire site and found some inner pages that have the same PR but with less than 20 comments so I added a backlink to that page as well.

I know only one backlink counts from one domain but will google see the link with fewer comments and weight it more than the link with lots of comments? Is it worth the time to go through all these sites and find a better page to stick my link on?

its one backlink from each page. so each page with your backlink is counting.
