I voted Facebook but Twitter can work greatly too. You need a different approach on Twitter: Connect with people related to your niche and start building your followers.
 
I think its pretty clear, Facebook it is haha. Think ill shift my focus
 
Depends on the type of website/service that I'd be promoting. NSFW stuff definitively Twitter, this kind of content has no place on Facebook. I dislike Facebook in general, so I'd pick Twitter anytime. Easier for botting too!
 
I think there are advantages and disadvantages to working on any social media network, whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or otherwise. You have to know how to get what you want out of each of them. Figure out which demographic you’re looking to sell to, and find out which sites they’re frequenting.

Yes. I have several accounts. Personal and business. I work with them without booting and therefore I try to optimize the process as much as possible. Very convenient for those who prefer to conduct business using a smartphone.
 
I hate so much FB, that i will stay without any social for life if FB will die tomorrow.
 
Depends on what you're pushing. Facebook is good for throwing money at and getting results, but Twitter is more versatile when it comes to content and niches. In my experience Twitter also has a different audience, and in a lot of niches the difference is between finding a few real SME's or a group of wannabes.
