Outsource content for those sites - 500$
20 expired domains + content - 500$

All this will kick any single link in the nuts big time!
 
I think you are missing the point here. With 1500$, what a real SEO would do is:


1. Pay 750$ to someone else to do the work.
2. Spend the other 750$ in beers, and well, boats.

Happiness has been proven to be better than any 95DA domain.
 
from those optiona probably #2 but i would invest it entirely differently.. could build some great money makers pretty quickly outsourcibg stuff with that bidget
 
Absolutly #2 and mix it with Social Signals, citazions and articles.
 
#2, but now low quality shit. Depending on the niche, you can get links from HQ blogs and websites in your niche for around $50 each.
 
I would buy an already established website like eBay or something.
