If you had $10k..

If you had $10k to do anything with in the IM world, what sort of avenues would you go down?

I was thinking something along the lines of hundreds of micro niche sites, but that seems abit too risky and could end in disaster..

Authority sites sounds like a good idea, but is it hard to manage and maintain?

PPC/PPV would be a very good option if you know the in's and outs, but this is an extremely huge risk IMO as one unsuccessful campaign could ruin it all...

BTW.. I do have $10k and I aint tryna steal any ideas you have.. This is just a general question, so if you dont want to contribute productively, just dont post ..

I would monetize PPV and PPC traffic thru clickbank and cpa offers, if you do it right, it works.

A good idea would be to buy established websites that require bare minimum or no effort to maintain the same revenue. You will be able to focus on your core business, while the established website will be on it road to recovering the investment on autopilot basis

Spend 1 month on the forum and read every possible thread you can. You will know what to do best of your 10k in a month's time

Do research find 100 same niche related easy to rank keywords (1K - 5K searches) and one big keyword 20K -50K searches (for your main domain).

Outsource 100 articles targeting each of the keyword via elance to american/candian writers for around $10 per article (when ordering that many).

Thats around $1100 spent with domain and hosting and such.

$400 on a wicked website design on wordpress (that is very adsense focused but still very user-friendly - check out richman and co. in the market section on BHW).

Outsource SEO ... I recommend SEO... buy 10 times $99 subscriptions on dripable (getting 4K links per day per subscription for a whole month), target around 10 keywords per subscription.

Total spent $2500.

You will most likely be ranking for at least half your keywords at this time and you should be getting anywhere from 3K - 10K traffic per day by the end of the month.

Sort out the internal linking structure and sort out the necessary plugins.

Spend another month $1000 on dripable getting better ranking for your keywords and top 3 position.

3K - 10K targeted traffic with high quality articles, I reckon you will get around 5% CTR on your site, lets say your avg. CPC is around $0.30 that would mean (3000/100 times 5 = 150 clicks times $0.30 = $60 per day *MINIMUM*) $60 times 30 = $1800 in earnings.

2 Months later with better ranking you could be pulling in $3000-$5000 per month...

Resell that bitch on flippa for 10-15 times the earnings... your up $40-60K, use the money and do it again but in 10 niches.

So $25K invested on 10 sites again, earnings after another 3 months $30-50K per month.

Use the other $25K in creating your own product explaining what you did, spend most of the cash on SEO going after really high volume, but targeted keywords. Get ranking in 3-6 months, Sell your shit for $47-97 a pop with a CTR of 5%.......from like 100K (of hungry "how do I make money" niche) 5K sales at $47-97 a pop = $235.000 per month.

P.s thats not including the lists you will build.

Build/buy a strong linknetwork.

Find a niche with a big potential but with a kw competition and then work on ranking that idea.

I would do long-term whitehat methods such as list building and product creation.
And then move on to bigger things...
