PBNS with new domain aged around 1 month would work best and would have good link juice .

1st is the ideal choice. But getting backlink from sites.google.com isn't a bad choice either.

on considering the long tem aspect out of these three I would choose option 2 because it would be trustworthy as well can get more link juice than others also it is a complete white hat method.

None of these have the necessary power to do anything. So it's pointless for me to choose.
Unless, there's more to the first option the PBN. Does it have good backlinks pointing to it? If it just brand new domain with nothing going on, it wouldn't be substantially different from the rest.
