If you copy banners ads

Hi,

if you copy other advertiser's banner ads, what will be the worst case senario if the advertiser found it out you are using it?

i went into some adult tube site and copy banner and use it for my own. I believe the advertiser complained to the ad network and have my campaign stopped.

What if I ignore and resume the campaign with his ads?
