if you have the ability to write any program, then what that program will be? and what kind of resource it will need ?

You can litereally code anything. Just depends how much time, money and effort you are willing to put on the task.
 
I hope apps are included in this... A better version of poweramp for android. Well an app like it but better. It's been a small dream to do that. Resources I'll need for it however is... Knowledge.. Still don't know how to program in Java. Yet.
 
I would code software that check if I follow my plan, if I do not follow it will shut down all applications and websites that are not included in plan.
And it will show a quote: "Hey man, move your fuc#$ a#$ and do some work or you will have to work for someone else for the rest of your like, you piss of sh#$"

Something like that. :D I would use maybe 20 different quotes :)

The process I have which is repetitive, automateable (I know not a word) and makes me profit.

I know what I want to make now... The matrix and Skynet combined. Plus add a bit of sword art online and code geass up in there and it's on...
