Hi,

I have 7-8 years of website and last month I lost 80% traffic from Google, It's my first "WARNING" from Google.

How do you continue working If website penalized?

There was a recent update in how Google assesses the "content quality". This has affected many bloggers' traffic, and it might be you're one of them. Check your site's content and make sure it meets the Google criteria before you post anything new.

Where can I check Google criteria before I post anything? Can you give me a link?

From experience, sometimes it's faster and more efficient to start a new domain and migrate content if the penalty is too deep-rooted. Also, diversify traffic sources so you're not solely reliant on Google. Remember to constantly monitor and adapt. It's a grind, but recovery is possible.
