yes it can be if its a non spammy and real account and not done any spammy work then u can always contact support with your request .they will check and if found innocent they will definitely activate it .I did get one of mine back

There are usually two ways - one - if you find your account with the "account suspended" banner at the top - if clicking on the link there opens two radio buttons and captcha - you are ok, if it's a page with explanation - I wouldn't bother, unless it's a legit account that somehow got fingered.

You can get it unsuspended even if it's spammy..just write to them saying your new to twitter and it won't happen again.worked for me when I was pushing a adult site.

I've had 2 shut down, but I'll just apologise and say I suspect it's because I was trigger happy on the follow button... in other words, play dumb.
Where is the form to fill out asking for it to be 'unsuspended'?
