the top 3 search result are:

1.answer page of quora,
2.etsy
3.Instagram


Is it eary to get ranking on Google?

we can't say with that little info. A content site, an ecom site, and a social media site walk into a bar... what do you make of it?

Really man, give us more info like: niche, keyword type (commercial, informational), number of words / search volume, stuff like this that we can cling onto...

It's hard to judge with this information, but still, check the keyword competition on SEO tools so you get insights on how hard or easy it is to rank.

Use the tools to analyze the keywords for it's competition and search volume. If the keywords are instagram and etsy then it will be hard to rank as it's a pretty commonly used keywords

If 1.2.3 show 0 backlinks it should be an easy keyword to rank with a few backlinks.
