If they make so much money...

Quick question, sure this has been asked before. the so called "guru's" who sell their techniques for the average Hector to make money and become internet millionaires, ya know who I'm talking about right? The dudes who have their nice pretty landing page that talks about how much money they made, and how you can too make the same or more if you just pay "insert price here", for the method. If those freakin methods work so well, then why the hell are they selling them?I know if I realized a method that made me rich I SURE ass hell wouldnt be selling it on the interwebs. Sure I would turn on a few friends or share it here after a while... maybe. So why do they do it. I know lots of people here have spent money here or there buying an e-book or what not, spending money for a method because maybe someone did make some money off of it. I just don't understand. It makes me skeptical whenever I see an add. So i know some of these methods work, but why do these people sell them if they do work. Or do they not work and that's how the guy is making his money?

Usually someone sells their method after its been milked to death either by the seller or others that have caught on. How many times haven't you downloaded an ebook or something only to find info you can find any where. I always think once a method is being sold, its probably near dead.

They usually tell you the basics in these books and you have to figure out the rest yourself. That way their making money from the books and their methods wont get saturated/shared cuz they just told you the basics.

Simple, they arent what they claim, most of these books that say 1000 $ a months and like wont get you a cent, are childish and crap.Some are real good no doubt, but just a few.Till date Ive found just a few books I can call excellent and up to the mark,like Google cash, An AC book by redtide1969 ( our member and now my friend), a book on making money through stock photos and a few I recently got on Ebay for free from a kind and helpful senior ipodtouchhackerisher helpful, dont ask for the book from redtide1969, I wont be able to provide you, as the guy has faith in me and I will never breach it and google cash is an old book now available for free on warez forums, others are free I would be glad to provide, but others are sure crap and of no use, if they were so excellent as claimed, why the person was selling books for a living? Just use your brain, Yes there are some that bring money but never $100 Dollars a Day as they advertise but a few bucks a week or say a month.

Its simply because its easier to sell a method than it is to implement it. Once you get to the status of being able to make 1k or 2k a day without much work, there becomes a point where you as a single person cant do much more ( given there are some people making 15 - 20k + a day, they have teams ). Its easier to just sell your method to 200 people than it is to actually do it.

Thanks much amar for the kind words mate. That feels great especially since it's the first guide i've written. I feel the same way, there's a few great guides/ebooks that are really high quality. One that stands out was one of Yukinari's, that really gave me the focus to comit to a method and learn it inside out. I think certain books will be just what you need to get off your ass and start making things happen. I thank Yukinari for that.

Most guru books are just a waste of time in my opinion

I go by the 80/20 rule, 20% - learning new stuff and the 80% I work my ass off practically.

I think most of famous Internet Marketers are earning big bucks by promoting new launch webinars/e-courses. Since they have long list of targeted emails, they can easily earn thousands if not hundred thousands by email promotion.

Guys ... there's a reason we call em "stupid freakin ebooks" here at BHW

Plus if you don't put a price tag on an ebook no one will take it seriously. Many people out there measure quality of something by its price.

Well, I guess most of them do it for the money and the additional leads which they can milk later. Needless to say, the "make money online" crowd is huge market and most of the products being pushed out are mostly useless crap which most BHW members would have already known aeons back.

But the thing is, the average hector may really be learning a few tricks as they have yet to come across it as yet.

As stated above, much of the time these products are just the same rehashed crap that's widely available all over the net. It's up to each individual purchaser to do their homework on what it is they're getting before they blow their hard earned money.

There's definitely some gems out there though
