PayPal cannot ban you for no reason! Those people who say that got banned for something they did..now they hate PP!! and are just venting.

Paypal can do anything they want at any time they want for any reason they want. You agree to that when you register and accept their terms of service.

Yes they can, Macdonalds also can kick you out, but they are in the business to make profit so from their perspective doesn't make much sense to ban you, except if you are really, really shitty customer. And thats the case in the 99.99% of the cases.

It's not the same. McDonalds can kick you out and you're right there and can make a scene and it can blow up and create a real publicity mess for them.
Paypal, banning some starving 3rd world or even 1st world person from their site, there's not much that can be said or done. You have no leverage at all, except lawyer, but that's a different story.
Paypal can be a cunt because there's no reprecussions for them being cunts.
People always bang about a website being totally great and the only people that get banned are the people doing something wrong. Then those people get banned or fucked, learn their lesson, and then they change their tune.

Thats bullshit. You can create the drama online as well - just today I saw an article for a lady that lost 140k at some (licensed) online casinos. Now she blames the casinos for not stopping her to go in debt. The article is in The Guardian, the two casinos are under investigation from UGC (UK gambling commision) and I guess the article will be posted in 2 dozens more medias. This could be PayPal very easy, instead of the casinos. Do you know why doesn't happen? Because people sell Black hat shit / scam their client / do stupid crap by filling wrong data - thats why they got banned in the vast, vast majority of cases. Do PayPal are wrong sometimes? Yes. Do are they wrong often? Nope, its super rare. Just read the thousands complains here in the forum, there is not even single one, that got banned with no legit reason.

A friend of mine got banned on Stripe some time ago. They said he was selling services they consider high risk. They allowed him to withdraw his money quickly, and they allowed him to keep accepting payments for another 7 days until he finds a solution.
See, that's how a normal company operates. That's nice, that's human.
Paypal banned me 3 months ago. They suspended me permanently in a second, without giving me a reason, without allowing me to appeal, and freezing my money for 180 days, and throwing my business in ruins (because I only ever used Paypal and didn't have any other payment processors that I used).
My account was personal, 4 years old, fully verified, never accepting many Friends & Family payments, and almost never having any chargebacks.
Paypal can suck my dick!!!

No, I was not selling Blackhat stuff. I was selling social media services for 4 years with the account and there was never any problems. I didn't hide anything, I was very open about what I was selling in my descriptions on payslips and everything. Never accepting Friends & Family payments, never disputes, never complaints, fully verified account.
And when I started selling social media services it wasn't considered high risk. They could have extended me the courtesy of giving me at least a few days to find a solution and move to a different payment platform. After all, they made thousands of dollars from me in the years I was with them, it was the least they could do.
In fact, I don't even think I was suspended for social media services. I was suspended because I made a new website, and I suspect this website (domain name) is blacklisted on Paypal, and when they saw payments coming from it they banned my account. This domain name was owned by someone a few years before I bought it, and he had Paypal problems, and I didn't know it. But that had nothing to do with me.
Look, you obviously have a huge erection for Paypal, and you have no idea what you're talking about. But give it time and you'll learn better.

Honestly, I have been thinking about this. Gmail and many other email clients may share your data with big companies like PayPal.
This is why I always login to my Gmail account with residential proxies always in the country my PayPal account was created in. Of course, you don't want a discrepancy between email basic info like names, age and your PayPal.
And I don't use the email ID for anything else to avoid any possible suspicious trigger.
It's a simple smart thing to do yet most ignore applying this basic, common sense rule.
And yes. Everything isn't always about get fake docs ready (though it's fine to get them in handy if you have some $200 to $500 to spare for this purpose, should PayPal slam you one day).
Pp pitfalls can simply be prevented rather than going through hassles managing it.
Also, I am always hesitant to install a stealth PayPal payment button on a website to sell products and services. Why? You can call me paranoid but I hate headaches from PP. I just simply give the ID out to my clients pay for my services (not family and friends Otherwise, another big issue enthralls. It's a business account, not a personal acct. You don't want to get a hold of your money for weeks and months till PayPal will release it, on the ground that they could not verify or understand the service you sold).

Could a Canadian based business with a payment processing account, not handle the payments for people that paypal banned and find a secure way to remit the payment to the right person? of it that setting things up for a nightmare of charge-backs and fraud.
