With Panda, Google is penalizing websites with low quality unoriginal scraped content. These content are either spinned or taken directly from feeds. If autoblogs are being penalized for scraping from feeds, shouldn't popurl.com or google news be penalized too?
If Panda penalizes autoblog, why does it not penalize new agregators like popurl.com?
