You could buy an already built audience and go from there or you could pay to someone to tailor grow it for you.
Both scenarios have their own benefits.
First one will demand a lot of attention as you'll get focused on content creation. This means a lot of work if you want to keep up with outstanding quality posts. If you enjoy doing it on a regular basis, this would be like your life project. There is people just visiting the world and taking pictures that make of it a way of life.
But if you are not this kind of pretending influencer, second strategy will do best. You wont need that much amount of posts to keep your promotion and growth. This would be a better case for an ecommerce store.
