If main domain does not appear in Google but subsequent pages does..?

Hi

If the main domain does not appear in the Google but the subsequent pages does, is it considered a bad domain and should delete it off?

NO its not! If its a new domain just give it a few days until google sort the indexing for your site.
My one site is new and it took a week until google sort the indexing and my homage in in google by searching site:mydomain.com

It might just be that you optimized your internal page better than the homepage.

I was thinking the same thing but add to that the fact that the homepage may be over-optimized or stuffed with keywords.

Kindly check your keyword density, on-page SEO and h1 tags.
