If keywords don't boost with 1-2 months - fire them?

what about onpage seo and anchor diversity?

it happend to me twice, my websites got stuck for a while, i have builed many links, nothing happend, then i change my keyword density and now i am on page 1

With off page and on page we try to keep diversified anchors. I was thinking about making blog posts that are on the same industry but slightly different topics to help overall content keywords, I wonder if that may help though I try to keep keyword density to a good level too.

In response to authority links- I also am working to get some pointing to my site.

The time for SEO is largely based on competition. Chances are though, that after 2 months of not seeing any movement in SERPS, PA/DA/TF/CF, etc. something may be wrong. There are some companies that do very little work for the first month or so just because they can make the excuse that SEO takes time. Additionally, if they're only trying to rank you with PBNs, that's a big red flag. It takes a large variety of methods to actually rank. If you can get a specific list of what they're doing month by month, that can give you and us a much better idea on if they know what they're doing.

I speak to them regularly. I think the main thing they are doing with PBN's is to try to get me up to speed with my sites competing websites and also getting it comparable in anchor text diversity as the competition to my site is ranking. The flipside of a company that does PBN's would be so called white hate se0 companies that just put out a few articles or something which doesn't really get links. So I'm getting some authority links on top of the PBN's and hoping this could help do the trick.

I don't know if this helps but i do SEO my self . I have site created one year a go targeting high competitive niche I rank only two pages and two keywords+long tail . it's takes from me months(3~6) to rank each keyword . and I'am getting in best days 200 UNV Monetized by Adsense Only .
Things changed in SEO I think G updates after 2014 make it very harder to rank on any key word . they are just ranking Old authority site . and if they are on your way never think pass them that easy .

I'm relatively new to SEO but I ranked a site in 1 week once, but there was an other site that I could only rank in 4 months (but that's probably because I was/am new).

The speed of ranking depends on numerous things. If the SEO team is really good then they should be able to rank fast in my opinion.

What is site silo structured? Thanks
Is your site silo structured? If not you should silo it.

With the correct structure you only have to build links to a few pages to pass link juice through out the entire website.

I just put up a amazon website with about 30 articles and they are already ranking and its been just 1 week since I started SEO.

Also targeting 2 pages a month will take you YEARS to rank at this rate. I would drop this seo company.
