Im just wondering if a article passes copyscape, does that mean its unique? I rewrote a article that passed copyscape. If I submit it to ezine will they consider it unique and accept it?

Did you use the free Copyscape? It doesn't catch everything. So you may be better off paying the nickel to run it through the Copyscape Pro

Things may have changed recently but my understanding is that an article has to be at least 60% unique to pass at Ezine. Copyscape passes most content that's at least 85% unique... so you should be good to go.
