I was getting views from recommended and suggested section for a long time on some videos. But recently I decided to delete some low performing videos (around 100) to clean up channel.
I am mentioning this about cleaning up channel, because maybe that caused this situation.
After deleting videos, couple days later my whole channel stopped getting recommended and suggested, even on videos that were pushed by algorithm for a long time. Below are screenshots.

I thought that this must be shadow ban, but channel and videos can be found in search, just suddenly Youtube stopped recommending all videos.
Should I wait a bit longer (maybe it will get fixed) or to make a new channel?

Is it all from suggested views? Youtube sometimes might let your channel in recommended to test it (how long people watch your videos, CTR etc.)

Over 95% browse features, suggested is small percentage.

It definitely looks like a shadow ban.
I wouldn't delete video at any cost, especially if the channel is in a particular niche because it dilutes the authority.

If you are running a legit channel, then you should keep uploading videos (without hurting ROI if you're outsourcing) and be more active in community.
For compilation or similar channels, there's little to no hope.

Now all you can do is increase upload frequency.

I deleted tons of videos with 2M views in total 2 years ago. Since then, my channel cannot recover.

Never delete videos.

You have to give it some time. When you altered your channel, you updated how the algorithm finds and recommends it. Give it time and keep posting.
