If i move my landing page to eCommerce site, will my SERp decrease?

I have a landing page associated with a clickbank product, it is ranked on the first page of google. Now i am planning about moving my landing page to eCommerce site. So i wanted to know whether it is going to effect my SERp or not?
1 more question, how can i check my anchor ratio that how much backlinks are on generic keywords and how much on main keywords and how much with naked urls?

Can't answer the second question. For the first I need more info. When you say "moving my landing page to eCommerce site" do you mean you are moving the content to a different page on a different domain name? Or do you mean you are changing your landing page from whatever it is to one with an "Add to Cart" button?

As long as the URL stays the same and you have the same content your SERP shouldn't change by much, if any. If the URL is changing then expect your SERP to change, even if you 301 redirect.

If you're asking about changing a theme, I don't know of any effect it should have. As long as your websites portfolio is still good, you're fine. Make sure the on-site SEO stays consistent.

Current landing page is based on single product whereas ecommerce site will bear several current niche related products. So, content will change along with template. I am moving from wordpress to magento emcommerce site, and permalinks will also be changed.

With Content and a permalink change then its like your are starting a new SEO project.

Yes everything will change and you will probably loose your first page rankings. Can you 301 the currrent lp to the new lp?

I wouldn't change anything if you are on the first page.

If you have a good ranking for this page, why not start up the ecommerce site as a new venture rather than messing with something that already ranks well?

Yes its work , but its take some time ,
and for backlinks you have to do some backlinks daily on all keywords , that's really work

It won't be a smart idea to make drastic changes on your site at this point. You're probably going to find your site dancing all over the place.
