if i make millions backlinks ? what will be result?

I wonder what Google would do in this situation, would it be successful?

you have 1 website, you were doing link building, but without caring you are accumulating all kinds of backlinks..
google update is coming, some kind of spam.. it hits you.. it punishes you.. but you continue to accumulate backlinks.. and accumulate about 1 MILL+ maybe even more.. some 5 million + ..
will it get you out of punishment and you will already be a top player? because there are not many sites with a million backlinks.. such are Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.. I'm talking about millions of unique refs. domains, not from 1 domain to have 1 million backlinks...
