I think it's a cloud drive. But the way it's being marketed seems fishy; like the owner is solely looking for downloads. The title is more like a click bait. Maybe hidden crypto mining software in there. Let us take a minute and pray for the 50k people who has supposedly downloaded the app.
 
Probably ads and I think the idea it's very smart.
 
I saw this a long time ago. This idea is applied also from RAM/ processor.

Fck user experience. Never done it because only people from 3rd world countries are downloading such shit and ecpm is terrible ;)
