If I get a DSL internet connection do I need to use proxies? I'm mainly interested in querying the SE's (scraping) at this point.
I spent a few hours trying to find and use proxies and they expire very quickly and many were already expired.

If you spent a few hours trying to learn badminton and quit, would you expect to know everything about it?

Methinks you're not doing it right.

Actually, my cousin's IP is sexy -- it changes every time and it doesn't surf its range either. For example, it'll go from 24.68.3.55 to 67.3.2.110. See if your DSL box can do the same.
