as far as I know I can use my license ONLY on my computer, sadly...

1 computer per licence. But seriously, for the price, it's effing cheap per licence. Just buy one for you and one for your partner. Hell, buy one for every computer you have.

They are right...one PC per license. But email them after you buy the first and they will sell you a second license for $40.
