Any well maintained group will kickban you for this kind of behaviour since it is highly likely that you are spamming.
Any not well maintained group will let it happen - but those are the groups which may have users joined but no interaction / real reach because anything goes in that groups.
If it is a group in between that, usually the members report those kind of postings quickly to the admins. Both the kickban and reporting feature are taken into account by facebook for watching your accounts.
