if h1 h2 h3 is for header...
can i use h4 for content?

what <?> should i use for content , other than <p> ?

thats all deep stuff and mostly a waste of time because 20% is on page seo
and the other 80% is backlinks.... H1, H2 title tag blah blah is always good
to have but the rest i wouldent bother with..

You can use everything for content. Never limit yourself. But why don't you use a ready-made script like wordpress? So you will never worry about those silly tags.
