I was wondering what happens if the buyer is not able to provide customs clearance documentation to get his/her shipment released from their customs? Is that going to be the seller's fault for "item not received" or will that be against the buyer?
I just want a heads up in case they decide to open up a case later claiming item not received case.
Tracking will show it was shipped out and arrived in their country but was held for customs clearance and needed some documentation to be cleared.
I was told that the package couldn't be returned to me (my dropshipper) so someone is going to lose money (either me or the buyer) if they can't get it released and I can't get it back for refund.
Uh oh?
