If adsense account is changed mid-month, does it get all the existing earnings?

If I change the linked adsense account for a channel, will all the existing earnings be paid to the new adsense, or will the old one still get paid for the time it was linked with the channel?

For example
- The channel earned $500 from 1st april to 20th
- I change adsense
- It earns another $300 from 20th to 30th

When the payment day comes (~15th may), will the new adsense get all $800, or would it be $500 to the old one and $300 to the new?

I don't have experience with this but I think It is logical that the that earnings will be 500 to the old and 300 to the new

I've contacted support and it seems that the new account gets all the earnings.
