If a video is banned by youtube...

how can you use that video again without youtube finding out and taking it down?

by changing the format and/or putting a picture for 2 seconds in the beginning or in the end...is that enough? I also mute the video. What else can you do?

i bought some videos from some guy on this board and everytime i upload 30 of them within 10 hours, 21 videos say "This video has been removed due to terms of use violation." which really means my account got suspended

and only 9 of them sticked.

so the only thing i can think of is maybe those videos i have are bad and are "blacklisted" by youtube.


right now im doing a test which is making my 30 own custom videos via camtasia and uploading them and using a different niche. Im uploading them now actually and hopefully this test will give me more information.

Upload them to ten different accounts,change filename,description,tags.

Depending on what format you have them in. In my case i save all my videos (When im making them) in camtasia format.

Then when one gets banned. I just lengthen it or shorten the video by 1 second. And it is then able to be reuploaded. If you added a slide at the end, even just a blank one for half a second, then you will be able to reupload the video again.

i can reupload videos no problem, they go live but after 10 hours or so youtube somehow figures out its a bad video

what i usually do is add a few bytes each time to the video and that bypasses the duplicate content checker. but 10 hours later i get screwed

If its after 10 hours, then i would almost suggest that its people flagging it, not that they are remembering the video.

When mine gets "Content inappropriate" or similar, It means that if i reupload that video, i IMMEDIATELY get it taken down. Doesnt take 10 hours.

if someone flags my videos shouldnt i get a email about it? or dont they usually just remove that video instead of suspending my account?

i dont get any emails and my accounts get suspended

i tried the sexy niche (girls) and gay niche same thing happen, now im doing a test that not adult related and made my custom videos so hopefully that gives me an idea.

I think something else is happening. Are you using the same tags every time?

no i got a pretty big list of titles, tags. its randomized pretty well.

is your account being suspended though? If 9 stick then surely the account is still active? Are you putting the videos onto the same account name?

no im using mulitiple accounts. 3 videos per account. and yes most of my my accounts are being suspended but some stay alive. like if i upload 30 vids, 9 of them stick.
