.IE Domains - Please help

Hello, I went to register an .ie domain but saw that you have to go through that bulls*** where you have to prove you live in the country etc...

Does anyone know of a quick and cheap way to register .ie from outside ireland? (I live in the UK)

If the country has a policy that doesn't allow foreigners to register a domain, i think you can't get one. But, if you are from the UK, i am sure you can find a friend or a relative that's from Ireland or has someone in Ireland. So why not ask them to register it for you?
