If after 1 year your website or web2.0's are not indexed, you are doing it wrong.
My bet is that you either post on really bad platforms or your content is really bad and short.

I post it experied tumbler and all content is unique not too short content.min 300 word count

You either got some really shitty tumblrs or there is a problem with your content.
Even if you would've used fresh tumblrs and decent articles, the blog eventually gets indexed usually.
Try and post more content. I would through 1,000 words.
Share the blog on social media or build some backlinks.

check if meta=noindex and also check robots.txt, if the condition is true then it will never be indexed.
