Good afternoon my friends, what do you do when a bm fails to confirm identity, do you use any method to reverse it?

Creating a new BM would be the best way. even if you have a profile to verify your identity. FB will also not respond in this case
 
You should create a new BM or you can buy verified BM on the community.
 
Either purchase a pre-verified BM or create a new one yourself. Did they give you a reason behind why your identity verification attempt was rejected?
 
Prepare 1 set of legal and verified business documents
If not, please remove that Bm, it will be suspended on FB
 
If you want to save that BM because it is important, use a new reinstated profile to appeal that BM again.
If that BM isn't important much, move to the new BM.
 
it will be really hard if you want to respond to that fb bro because fb won't care much about you you better go buy a new one
