Ideas to get referrarls

hi,

i'm in a site almost 5 years now.
At the beggining it was easy to get some referrals to sign up under me, but now its extremely hard.

Can someone give me some ideas on how to try to get more?

I also came here to learn that shit ref secrete. But when i read making money section i understand how i am spending so much time on that crap site that give you hardly 20 to 30 dolla per month. BHW members are Awesome they teach me how i can make atleast 2 figure money per day with little work....

i'm reading also that section...but i need to have a open hand on all things that i'm in

I tried to reply with quote of alienacademy's reply but was not allowed. Don't know why. Could you plz share with us what u have learnt to make 2 figure money per day? what are the ways u found best?
