Sounds like an extremely searchable service. Would try Google Ads or Bing, just perform a good kwd research to see if there's enough search volume.
Either way, see what you're competitors are doing.

I am running Google Ads. There is a lot of competition.
You might want to go a bit social with this.
Renting out luxury cars is an occasional need, so during event you can promote this; also based on your target region, you can promote native videos with the rental method, and how its sanitized (covid marketing), the luxury car with luxury chauffeur for ++$. Question, are you the owner of the business, or is this some kind of affiliate/referral gig you're running?

Probably because it's the best way to get clients. You can try producing videos and building up a following on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. Get active in the local social media scene. Try to do something nice for someone with the vehicles and get local media coverage.

I am the marketing manager of the company.

open a line with hotels and fine dining restaurants, target f/j class passengers, run campaigns with local influencers to target influencer wannabes. depending on how lux your cars are, providing fancy faux leather gloves will boost your word of mouth.

honeslty, online marketing will only do so much in providing a foundation for your business (something people will do their 'research' with when looking up and finding more info about you); most of your marketing will be offline and reached by brand ambassadors and/or related partners (airports, airlines, hotels, fine dining, obviously events).

Attach in Uber. Uber app having option for customer to book XL, Premium vehicle (luxury segment, higher fares). You get more bookings. Instead of total only just only 1 car booking only per day earning you US$100 per day (rest cars idle), it is better having 5 car bookings per day each earning you US$70 per day per car. So, attach in Uber, you get regular daily booking, no need marketing.

Check out what Silvercar does. (They are a rental car company that only gives out Audis.)

One thing I've noticed is that once a prospect on their list, they do a great job of reminding you that they exist consistently via email.

It would be very easy to shoot interesting videos with luxury vehicles and share them on social media accounts, if I were to do such a job. No limit..... A lot of people are curious about luxury vehicles. It would be very helpful to introduce them superficially and then take a little tour. Little information about vehicles.

Which City are you based in?
This will help me unverstand your Market.

Because it is luxury car rentals I would go social. Tiktok, Instagram. use best hashtags, post daily, use your best shiny cars and make people drop their jaws. Try to create an affiliate program to attract more "agents" who will promote you for %, let them invest time and effort with you.

Good luck!
