Easy done, you need a html ebook maker.

You can also do this pdfs at Christmas time, and if you are in the US at thanksgiving. Upload an ebook as a torrent with a fancy title, like " Itouch bestbuys - this ebook shows you where to buy the cheapest Itouch and accessories" half fill the ebook with some scraped/copied content and drop your links all over it, amazon and ebay and related clickbank products.

Best to use the hottest products at the relevant time, ipods, xbox360 PSP etc.

You will make bank if you do this from the middle of November onward.

You can force a popup in an ebook but by loading a cookie inside a PDF you will not be credited for the purchase I do not think. I am quite sure that the cookie must load in the same browser as the browser used when the purchase is made.
