Ideas on how to monetize shoe niche?

Hello everyone!

I am curious as to how to monetize a shoe niche account, if there is any way. I realize I could purchase shoes and sell them at a markup price through my page but I don't have the investment space or money for the shoes required to purchase. Please let me know if you have any ideas, or how you monetized your Instagram account! Thanks.
 
Advertise on BHW
Many ways. Create a sneakerhead website with:
Amazon affiliate account
AliExpress Account
Dropshipped shoes

Casually post 1-2 times per week the link to your site on your instagram saying you just bought shoes from that site and have the picture be a pair of shoes that's for sale on said website.

With AliExpress, you can automate the process, and go in and manually mark up the prices.

That's just one small idea.
 
contact shoe boutiques and see if they want to advertise on your page. make it look as organic possible.

Pigging backing of this idea, you could also use your account as an example of you knowing the shoe game and get those shoe boutiques you contacted to pay you to manage their social media shoe accounts. There is a thread on here that talks about this idea. I recommend it.

well, depending on how you wanna build up your brand, you'd maybe not choose something to arrive in a shitty package. :D but yeah, since there is no inventory needed, that's one way to do it!

most I've been seeing on IG actually buy their stuff and then ship them to their house/warehouse whatever and repack it, but that's basically having inventory.

DS has its pros and cons but I guess if you're really looking to improve and build a good brand, you'd maybe not choose DS, unless there are really some companies who ship them in some good package form.
 
I appreciate you all for being so helpful, i was getting errors replying earlier and I'm not sure why. But i will definitely look up some affiliate guides and dropshipping guides, since I am new to both of those! If you know of any existing guides (so i don't have to search :P) that are detailed and well written link me please! Again, thank you all!! I of course know where the search button is, so I'll search on my own... Was just curious if you guys knew of any too :)
 
I would probably go with Amazon.
 
Use social media marketing to monetize your niche account.
You have to create attractive posts with links and images.
It'll be very helpful for you to monetize your account easily and efficiently.

It's the downside of not having money to invest.

But at least he can try it until make enough money to buy his own inventory

what kind of shoe niche? how many followers?
 
Amazon Affiliate but you're not thinking outside of the (shoe) box enough. Followers of a shoe niche are probably into other closely related areas such as FASHION, JEWELLERY, MAKE-UP, FITNESS maybe and so on. The point is, followers of a Shoe niche probably have other interests, likely shared interests. Perhaps take some time to browse some of your follower profiles and look at the sort of crap they are posting or liking? From that you should be able to craft a persona or profile. Once you know their interests it becomes fairly easy to work out how to monetize.
