Sorry to burst your bubble but no passive income in $1500. Not a significant amount anyway. Put it in the bank and earn interest on it if you are looking for a purely passive income or buy some high dividend paying stocks.

why is that? 1500 can get you some solid stuff from developers

If it was that easy to just pay 1500 to a developer and get you a script that will make passive income on auto pilot, every one would end up doing that.
You'll have to actively put in the work. It won't be passive income.

in the past i earning good with revshare, now I stopped for some years to promote but still earning few bucks per month (but not much)
In my case, I have a good forex trading strategy from 4 years of learning and testing hundreds of indicators. Problem is my emotional side ruin it... impatient, greed, indiscipline, causing bad risk management that resulting in 3 blown accounts.
I think I'll just find a programmer and turn my strategy into expert advisor/bot so I can trade automatically eliminating emotional factors thus making it passive income.
