Howdy, I have had a few local freelancers working with me for the past 3 years with my graphic design business. But usually I had just sent some projects and gave them a commission. I also have had a craigslist poster for 3 years but I just pay him per ad.

Now I have a full time VA I just hired this week. I have him 40 hours a week but don't have 40 hours a week of extra graphic design projects so I am looking for another things he can do and would love to hear some ideas! He is a great designer so happy to have him doing that already.

Some of the things I have him doing right now but will eventually catch up and need new ideas.

1. I have over 1k designs in my portfolio on facebook he is creating blog posts on my site for each design I have done.
2. He is uploading those pictures to instagram and pinterest for me too.
3. I asked him to create a few graphic design related articles for squidoo and hubpages too.

Beyond that though, I haven't really figured out other ways he can help. He is really nice, really smart and seems to be a fast learning. So I would like to take full advantage of everything he could offer to help my business grow! Any ideas you may have would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks so much:cool:

So Far really impressed with this VA. Doing a great job! But I am afraid I will run out of things for him to do. Does anyone have any ideas for me to have him do with extra time?

His English seems very good. He is from the Philippines and went to college for design. I am sure he could write. I have him writing a few articles as mentioned in the first post. But looking for some new ideas for him to do when not designing for me
