you mean put 500urls to 500rss feeds or all 500urls to a rss feed?

If you are serious about making something I really suggest you join what you called "rat race". Since many software are expensive/has some bugs. If you managed to create affordable product(such as scrapebox which is pretty affordable) and keep it updated than you will do better than the big competitors.

Ok, I have made decision, My First target will be SENuke !!!
I am going to make better tool than SENuke and only at half of their price!!!
War has began...
I am going to create new Update thread here with progress reports !!
My First module will be "Ultimate keyword research tool" which will be powerset of all features of all available keyword research softwares...
(Except adwords.. I will do that in future using adword api, rather than raw webscraping techniques..)

I watched one of the Llnk Liber@tion presale vids yesterday, they're offering a web-based software/service that's supposed to have seo type functions along with project management functions. I've not seen the functions and such, but sounds like a nice tool to have.
If you watch all of the presale vids, maybe they show it in action.

Take a look at Micro Niche Finder.
It's most oustanding achievment is the "SOC indicator"
It looks through a site for how many times they mention a keyword phase. It counts how many times in (a)page titles (b) anchor text (c) image links
This gives an coloured Indicator result of:
"green" for low competition- make money this way!! or
"yellow" for medium competition- harder but doable
"red" forget it chum, you are wasting your time

Good programmer does not mean good marketeer.
He was very polite and wise to ask for customer needs before producing st.
Not all people here would be his customer but some of them would.
If someone will not be his customer, this does not mean that he is stupid.

This is a keyword density tool. I have developed a tool which takes nouns, verbs, long tail keywords and find it's density. And Then it generates graph based on statistics.
In my humble opinion If we use keywords used by to 50 websites on Google/yahoo/bing search page.. You can have fair chance for high ranking...
